Phish Hook Not Working

You can start by checking the puzzle piece in the top right hand corner of your browser and clicking on it. The phish hook extension should appear there. 
If it is not there use this link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/phish-alert/hfokdlmjeppdmpbngjpnlnijogcecaop to get the extension. Follow all the pop ups and allow the extension access to your school email.
If it is there and you have a red question mark on the orange icon click the three dots next to the pin associated with the extension and select options. In the next window there will be a box that says validate permissions. and accept all the dialogs that come up after you select the validate permissions box.
after both of those go to your email and refresh the page. Click into an email and the icon should be at the top of it.
